Article VI, section 6 currently reads:

The Past-President need not be the Immediate Past-President and his/her duties shall be: a) to act as advisor to the Executive, b) to conduct the election of executive officers at the Annual General Meeting, c) to be a member of the Nominating Committee, and d) to assume any other duties as required by the President.

CHANGES PROPOSED

Article VI, section 6 to read

The Past President need not be the immediate Past President, but should be selected in the order of service with the most recent first, depending on their willingness to serve, and his/her duties shall be: a) to act as advisor to the Executive, b) to conduct the election of executive officers at the Annual General Meeting, c) to be a member of the Nominating Committee, and d) to assume any other duties as required by the President.
